Our power core is the king of the wood - massive oak. In the final processing stage, the products are treated with environmentally friendly and non-toxic water-based processing agents. We use wood oils based on natural vegetable oils (sunflower, linseed, soybean, and carnauba, candelilla, etc.) and hard wax mixtures in surface treatment processes.

For the oak which have been processed with a protective layer we highly recommend using a special oil spray to clean the surface and specialized deodorant wax which is re-newing the protection layer and extending its lifetime. Contact us to get more information.


For regular oak furniture - a mixture of vinegar and olive oil is an alternative, traditional way to clean your oak furniture. Mix two parts olive oil with one part vinegar, and if possible, apply it thinly from a spray bottle. Use a soft, clean cloth to gently release the surface from a mixture of liquid.

Yes, we offer our customers to personalize any furniture according to the customer's wishes (limited). Despite the fact that our products are manufactured in large quantities, we offer customers customized sizes, special designs, or finishes. Such special handcrafted orders in most cases have a much longer product production/delivery time.

All Royal Office handcrafted oak products have an extended 5-year warranty without an exception, which we are able to provide by using high-quality raw materials and craftsmanship quality.


For other electrical component products or accessories , the warranty time is from 2 up to 5 years period. Warranty time has been displayed in each product's description part.

At www.royal-office.com, select the items you want to purchase by choosing colors & sizes and selecting an additional options. Once you have selected the products and successfully added them to the cart, you can go to the checkout to fill out the billing and delivery information form. If you place an order outside Europe, the system will show you the estimated delivery price for the entire order. Once your order has been paid for, we will send you a confirmation of the shipment and its delivery.

Within 1 working day (24h) after placing the order, the customer has the right to change or cancel the order without any additional costs upon receipt of a 100% refund. All furniture is delivered door-to-door by a selected delivery service provider. In most cases, we use Dacher services for deliveries in Europe.

Yes, we offer our products shipments to most countries in the world. If your country does not appear in the list of delivery countries, please let us know by emailing us for an individual price.

Royal Office will ship the products to the customer between 10-15 business days, unless otherwise specified. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Deliveries in Europe should take 21-30 business days and around 30-45 business days elsewhere, to a major destination anywhere worldwide.

Our products are delivered directly from the factory and the customer's order is created as one shipment, thus, you should receive them in one shipment. In case any of the ordered products are not in stock, then the missing part of the order will be delivered separately, of course, you will be informed about it

After placing an order, you will receive a link to track your shipment, which will show you the updated status of your shipment

Royal Office provides free shipping on orders in Europe, but outside of Europe prices are calculated individually, as the price depends on the total weight, volume, and destination of the order

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery on the exact date. If you want that order is delivered later, you can arrange it (in person) by calling your local delivery center. Please use the shipment tracking number you received via email for reference

If the customer is not satisfied with the product after opening the package, the customer still has the opportunity to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of delivery. Returned goods must be returned in original, undamaged packaging

If the product is shown as active (available for purchase), then the product is currently in stock and ready for immediate delivery, but if there are less than 10 items in our warehouse, then on the website you will see the corresponding indicator

If the product is not available (out of stock), the customer still has an option to make a pre-order by contacting via email info@royal-office.com. After placing a pre-order Royal Pearls customer service will inform you personally by indicating when the product will be available
